  • In most cases, we can get new customers on a weekly schedule within the same week. If you're dealing with an urgent issue like a green pool, we'll do our best to get out to you as soon as possible. Give us a call, and we'll tell you exactly what we can do.

  • No. Most of our customers aren't home when we come. As long as we have safe access to the pool area, we'll complete the visit and follow up with any notes if we spot something that needs your attention.

  • Both. One-time services like green pool cleanups and drain & restarts are available without any long-term commitment. That said, many customers start with a one-time service and move into a weekly plan, and we make that transition easy when you're ready.

  • Yes. NTS Pool Services is fully insured, and every technician is trained to industry standards. You're covered on every visit.

  • Call or text us and we'll make it right. We stand behind our work, and if something wasn't done to your satisfaction we want to know about it so we can fix it. Our reputation in Fresno is built on customers who trust us, and we intend to keep it that way.
